Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To start a return, email us at support@carscanusa.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Use a trackable shipping service and keep proof of postage.
Inspection Period

Once we receive your return, we have 14 days to inspect the item and confirm whether it qualifies for a refund.

Return Conditions
Returned products must be in unaltered commercial condition, including:

Unused and like new condition.

Original packaging and accessories (manuals, cables, cases, inserts).

All protective seals, stickers, and screen protectors intact.
If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee (up to 15%).
Non-Returnable Items

Activated Devices/Accounts: Products with bundled licenses or accounts are non-returnable once activated or logged into, as the license term begins and cannot be reset or transferred.

Tampered Packaging: Items with broken seals, removed stickers, or missing protective films.

Used or Damaged Products: Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or missing parts.

Sale/Discounted Items: Products sold as “Final Sale” or at promotional discounts are not eligible for return.

Custom Orders/Bundles: Special configurations or bundles cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Provide order details and photos or videos of the problem.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to credit the amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
