3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (99% within 1 day).

  • Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days via UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon Logistics, or another carrier at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to conditions.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Products must be returned in original commercial condition, with packaging, seals, and accessories intact.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Licensed products once activated/registered/logged into.

    • Products with broken seals, removed protective stickers, or missing accessories.

    • Sale/discounted items marked “Final Sale”.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of inspection of the returned item.
